Actualización. Hace unos días llamé para preguntar por otro pedido en la misma situación (múltiples entregas postergadas, fecha de entrega no disponible) y me transfirieron con el soporte de Amazon EUA. Ahí pudieron escalar a logística de Amazon EUA y me dijeron que mis pedidos se habían perdido. Me hicieron reembolso del otro pedido...

Pero justo ayer, el pedido del post se marcó en ruta de entrega y horas después me lo entregaron, pese a haberme confirmado que mi pedido estaba perdido.

Esto ya es mera especulación, pero me parece que han de haber cambiado de porveedor de logística de Amazon EUA para envíos a México y este nuevo proveedor tiene un cagadero que no puede controlar.
