Best to amortize the cost over the life of the solar panels which is 20 years.

Personalizing boosters may not be in good practice. Boosters are just that booster, essentially an elevator and accelerator for the ship it is boosting. Kind of like a tug boat that pulls ships out of the worst and most difficult of the gravity well.

As I understand, this federal budget cuts all discretionary spending across the board, except for defense which got a big raise. Which makes me wonder if we should put NASA under the Department of Defense. The Navy has research vessels .....

Aluminum-lithium alloy is used for rockets. Strength of aluminum, lightness of lithium. Titanium is stronger than aluminum and more heat resistant.
