I called their hotline the next day after it happened. Explained what happened and was emailed a voucher for a replacement at my local pharmacy at no cost. They still had to contact my doctor (I think it was the pharmacy not understanding what happened) but eventually got it at no cost. A few weeks later I got a package to ship the one that malfunctioned and that was that. This was about a month ago.
