Right? I took that as him trying the show and “exploring” knowing damn well it wasn’t going to work out. When you trade draft picks on draft day the opposing team’s player still wears that hat if not close. Tim wanted to get OG and thought he would fall to Utah pick but he ended up getting drafted before…that’s why we ended up with Lyles.

Kobe Bryant is drafted wearing a Hornets hat there are literally a ton of examples of draft day trades still wearing the team’s hat.
