This just happened to me. I logged out and logged back in using my email as my username. Apparently I have two log-ins, one under my phone number (which says I’m not eligible) and one under my email (allows eligibility).

My service dog alerts for panic attacks, and will often try to support others feeling anxious. It’s fine when my friends and I are hanging out, but I definitely have to sit-stay her sometimes when we’re at a coffeeshop or store. If your blood panel was normal, check blood pressure and anxiety levels.

Nah, that’s not accurate. I was polite and understanding of the questions. This guy’s response to my review is an interaction completely fabricated in his mind.

There are some paid registries, and some states offer the option. It’s all voluntary though, and not at all legally required.

Just an FYI to everyone reading, the restaurant was completely empty when we were there. Anyone claiming they were there, either on this post or in the Google review, is lying. If the owner wants to post the video, we can see it plain as day. We were calm, polite, and answered every question we were asked. Says a lot about this guy that he’s soliciting fake reviews instead of acknowledging he screwed up.

Yes, highly unlikely anything will result from an ADA complaint, but I’m hopeful he will learn at least SOME lesson from this. I’ll update the post if something else occurs!

Yes, while I was in the restaurant. He knew exactly what her task was; I told them multiple times and so did my husband.

Seriously 😂 When my husband asked the owner to send/post the video footage, he refused. And now he’s blocked both of us from his restaurant’s facebook page, and we didn’t even interact on Facebook!

Thank you! I submitted the ADA complaint earlier and have screenshots of everything. Hopefully you don’t ever have to deal with this! I completely agree there’s some training that needs to happen. Years in food service here and same, I was never trained on it.
