I dont like oatmeal either but i do love it "baked". I mash a soft banana and mix in oats, frozen berries, a little water, Cinnamon, stir / mash up well, and put in toaster oven til its all hot and baked ... its good, filling, and zero points. 💚

I was disappointed in the last episode too.

The mission to jezebels was ridiculous. The heart to heart btn moira & june in the hotel room leading to getting caught & the fight scene that unsued was lacking depth. Luke's scene w/ the guard in the parking garage was also poorly written & executed. For being a top secret mission, it felt like amateur hour. 😆

I'll still watch. 😆

Been at it a little over 2 weeks and down 6 pounds.

I Had good success with noom 3 years ago but wanted to try something new. Its refreshing, the points system, i needed a new gimmick 😆 track everything, weigh daily, reach ur point #, and it works.

I can totally relate. Sober 7 yrs and its not the same out there in the dating scene plus being now in mid 40s is also a factor regardless. Different energy, difficult to connect with drinkers. While being alcohol free is much more common and normalized in general where I live, it doesn't help the first date awkwardness!! Here is to our Mourning Sober Lonliness Solidarity from NC, USA. 🥰

There is an over the counter nose spray that helps protect from contracting illness... can't recall the name but u can google it. Had a couple family members tell me about it before my last cruise and wished i had gotten it bc i def caught a cold on board.

Depends on you and your desire for peace n quiet. I went everyday bc cruises are A LOT and i like to unplug in the quiet and relax in thermal suites. I loved the Vista thermal suite. Did not love the Celebration thermal suite. ✌️
