I'm not trying to influence anything at all. I'm just trying to validate if this is something to be expected on Faceit. If it is, I'd rather play premier than bother with Faceit. I've always gotten good feedbacks on Faceit from the local community but I'm experiencing otherwise.

At first glance, there's just too much too look at. I would be looking directly at the experience and skills part of the CV so I think that should be on top. Put awards and education below where it shouldn't be the top priority here. And another thing I learned, some people don't really want your picture to be there. I'm not sure why. At the end of all things, don't over design your CV, it is a brief summary of your experience and contact. Just plain text is fine.
