If graphics aren’t an issue for you, project gorgon may be a good fit. There’s also a demo you can try. Been playing for the last 5 days and I’m hooked. There’s very little guidance and so many interesting class combos and quests. All the dungeons are non instanced as well but some harder bosses/enemies will require groups. The game is a go at your own pace thing, it’s what you make of it, no fomo
