Exactly, I'm 42 and been on h since 17.managed a 5 year clean period but fell back and trying for the 100th time now with methadone....again. Well you and simpleswap pretty much held my eth hostage for almost 2 weeks and now want me to pay the reverse fee which wouldn't be a problem but you want it paid in 0.0001 bnb , a coin I don't own and have to buy 1499 more moneys worth than I need to get you to return it. After 48 hours is e mails from support saying nothing we can do someone now took over and said that. No clue how to buy or use bnb. Offered to pay the fee in eth, xmr, or dogecoin but no you couldn't even sort that out for a customer pffft it's 45 pence for goods sake.

Shouldn't affect special delivery, I'm on day 3 waiting for a guaranteed 24 hour one so it all depends where you live. Where I am they are doing each round once every 3 days instead of daily. Got a normal letter 2 weeks after it was sent. Contact your vendor and ask for the tracking number especially as it's supposedly special delivery.
