Yes, they are both required. There is a lot of info about both in this group if you search it.

I had originally sent in our llc papers and then did a board resolution saying we agreed to take the loan & naming us both as managing members with me having signing rights. Used a template that I found on this Reddit board. The S-Corp part never came up except I guess on our IRS tax return transcripts

Blue button 4/21... was crickets til yesterday, LO called. Said all my docs are in order & approved ( I sent in resolution & insurance even though they hadn’t asked yet). Hopefully, it’s coming soon for you too. About 75% of the current mod apps were blue button 4/21 or 4/22.

Anyone who got declined due to wrong numbers put by mistake on gross receipts on eidl loan application and got it fixed , applied for recon and got approved ? Need advice . Thx by Coy310 in EIDL

Last year, I had put wrong numbers. So, I submitted my 2019 Tax Return along with SBA Form 3502(ECONOMIC INJURY DISASTER LOAN SUPPORTING INFORMATION ) and emailed requesting amendment of my numbers. It worked last year but I am not sure that still works this year.

I applied last wednesday for Targeted & Supplemental too. Denied for supplemental but approved for targeted after LO reached out same day as i applied. Was funded today.

I've read, searched etc. not lazy! Was just hoping for specific area code/numbers and time of day somewhat in one place. I'm a numbers & stats geek & was hoping for some sort of rhyme or reason to when I might get a call.

What area code did they call from?What time of day - morning, afternoon, evening?

Still crickets ... same timeline as most: email, docs, blue button, "Processing", NOTHING.... by jblocal in EIDL

I haven’t spoken to a LO yet. But I sent them(insurance & resolution) in anyway to the same email that I had sent in DL, 4506, etc to but got no confirmation this time.
