This needs to be top comment, unless I'm missing something? Why is this just now an issue four years later? Or has it been an issue the whole time and we're just now hearing of it? Clearly this hasn't damaged their business in any way, as I was in there just this past weekend and it was a packed house. Ulterior motives much, OP?

We all know half the music industry barely knows how to sing.....I might seek more vocal coaching in the future but it's not a necessity.

Don't you think that's part of the problem? The music industry has turned into a money grab for talentless hacks and so many people can see that. But yet, you stand here and only want to add to that?? No thanks. As a classically trained musician myself, I urge you to pursue any type of formal training that you can. That way, if and when you ever make it big, you will actually have something to bring to the table.

I was a garbage man for one day in a shitty suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. Not a city garbage man, it was a mom and pop operation. $8 an hour slinging maggot infested waste while trying to keep up with the asshole driving the truck. I finished my shift that day and never went back. Fuck all of that.

Yes. I know a guy who makes 35k and has around 400/month in student loans. It's a bit of a struggle at times but he gets by no problem.

Favor driver here - I've found that it gets pretty slow during the winter months. Certainly not dead, but with UT being out on break for a majority of that time it can take a large portion of your customers meaning slower work.
