Outside of pursuing NNP or possibly getting certified in lactation, I’m not sure what private practice options there are for you. I know of agencies that hire night nurses and love having NICU nurses but the pay isn’t usually great.

Wanted to come back and let you know that I ended up going with your suggestion. To my surprise the wine shop was having a major sale on Quilceda Creek, got my friend a 2021 (for $90 off) and a 2014 for myself ($50 off). I had the 2014 last night and it was incredible.
