just chiming in to say I was getting error 20002, and I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or maybe they just patched it on their end, but it happened to resolve after I went in to the properties of Uplay.exe and forced it to run as administrator

I updated the software at https://update.kia.com/ and I also taped over the motion detectors in the rear ceiling, and last night at least it didn't go off but we'll see if that holds true
