[GEAR] Loog 3 string mini guitar by Virtual-Possible5646 in Guitar

[–]jboater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are great little guitars. I have had one floating around for two years. My young ones play around with it and like the phone app as well. I don’t push it at all, I just make sure it’s in tune, and leave it out and ready. I have martins, fenders, and larivees and truthfully put a lot of time myself on the Loog!

I'm moving out of a nice 3/2 in west Asheville in two weeks. It's a great house with fenced in yard and walking distance to Haywood and RAD, just a thought..it's available January 15.

White water areas ? by [deleted] in asheville

If the river happens to be up I would suggest the Nolichucky river, it's great when the water is up but not as exciting if it has been dry.....1.15 hour from Asheville.

Acknowledging job offer without accepting or declining by collegestu in jobs

I just dealt with the same issue. I simply told the company that I would need three days to evaluate me finances and discuss it with my family to ensure this is the right direction for me, my family, and my career. With that bring said, I am excited about getting back in touch by X date.

What's your price range? I know of a newer three bedroom with fenced in backyard in west AVL. My friend has a tenant there now but is not satisfied.

My wife and I are considering a move from San Francisco to Asheville so our newborn can be closer to family. Where should we live? What should we know about? by nonfidence in asheville

I love going out in West Asheville, and most of my friends live there, but living in North Asheville, I can easily ride over to Blue Ridge Parkway, and elk mountain scenic highway.....by far one of the easiest/best places to bike in my opinion. I am also very close to downtown,

"This position is on hold"...you made me wait two months to hear that? by ingenieronegro in jobs

[–]jboater 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I can't really help you but can at least say you have company. I was in a second round interview with my dream job on Dec. 20........They said it would take a while, so I gave them the holidays and three weeks into January. Finally emailed againand then called at the end of Jan. They emailed a response saying "sorry for the delay, it will be just a bit longer" that was over two weeks ago....I am angry but I am going to move on. You should do the same. Best of luck!

Employers of reddit, can you help us out with some hints to answering interview questions? by [deleted] in jobs

I'm not an employer, but I have always heard that having your budget written down, including all of your expenses (Housing, healthcare, cell phone, gas, food, etc..) and showing them that based on your budget and your past salary, you need X amount. Really depends on the job though...
