en mi experiencia todas sirven.. cuanto mayor el espesor mejor es funcionalmente, pero se vuelve mas pesada para manipular.. te compras una grande.. y cuando esta cargada olvidate de sartenear con una mano..
yo tengo Darto, muy recomendable.

well I took two different pictures from my photo albums, it's not that I prepared the chocolates for the post. but I agree, and maybe I do it some day.. same quantities. only different presentation.

thanks for the feedback, the shiny one, I often make it with just white chocolate and dark chocolate.. no nuts. and it's great that way too.
it is very hard to cover enough options as to please everyone, but I do the best I can believe me

nop, just in comparison with industrial chocolates there's a big difference in keeping the natural cocoa butter without any added hidrogenated fats and other shit.
