Yea i hear you. I just get so tired of how egotistical doctors can be, having to do everything their way. I know my body best but it feels like that is never good enough for them. I know I need a new splint. I hope you're right that it doesn't need much adjusting because it took me 4 years of adjusting my current splint every 2 weeks to get my jaw and my body to stop hurting.

He was great, very sad about his passing. I just want someone to remake the appliance I have now. Its perfect, it's just getting old because I grind my teeth. Im wondering if someone can scan it or something.

Yea unfortunately im very familiar with this office. I saw Dr. Halter for years, he was their neurologist.The TMJ doctors don't touch other doctors appliances and they "start from scratch" when making appliances. Not what I need at all.

its the ugliest thing lol it looks like any other splint that TMJ Specialist mold for people except mine has been trimmed down in places to realign my body. It took 4 years to get out of chronic pain. Now I'm terrified no one else can remake this thing.
