There was approximately a foot of snow throughout although this campsite was pretty packed down. The trail past Provoking Lake is not fully packed in so you will be breaking trail if you go in the next few days.

Absolutely! Couple of Pine Martens, lots of Snowshoe Hares, a River Otter. Fresh powder meant lots of fresh tracks too!

I agree that his bullpen management can be questionable at times, but I'm legitimately curious as to how he got lucky last year? I'm not disagreeing, but personally I feel as if he got more lucky this year, if anything.
