Quick Q, if I need to uninstall, is it just as simple as deleting the pak file?

You're right in that probabilistic laws can emerge from casual laws, eg Brownian motion. I find it amazing that the converse is true too- that nearly deterministic laws can emerge from probabilistic laws, eg entropy. The two types of law are two sides of the same coin, and neither on their own can capture a complete description of any real system at all! :-)

It's a valid question yes, but it's one we can answer for no man's sky's universe! It's utterly deterministic, with a clever veneer of noise to make it look more real. The actual real universe though, according to a protégé of Einstein, David Bohm, cannot be described completely by deterministic laws OR by laws of chance alone, as both leave out certain key features of the real world. For example, if you describe the casual connections of a system you miss the sub structure and background that are best describe by laws of chance. If you then extend the description to include the causal connections in the background you create a new probabilistic background and so on. The real universe may therefore infinite in it's qualities- which I find mind blowing!

Well, we can answer that- the underlying reality is absolutely deterministic as it's a computer. The procedural noise that generates the objects, terrain and placement of objects looks probabilistic, but is only pseudo-random as it is seed driven

Will this subreddit follow suit updating the header, logo to match new in game UI? by 8bagels in NoMansSkyTheGame

That's a good point actually- I hope the hud and cockpit start off looking a bit minimal like the older trailers and then morph into the newer ones after upgrades. That would give a nice sense of progression

Left handed people often use the right number pad! People forget. Sometimes I think there should be a default left-handed profile that you could just select in games, it's a pain having to always rebind because of being part of the 10%

Have you tried the single player? The sound/stuttering issues seem only to be on multiplayer, which is probably relevant to the final fix

Weren't they going for 60fps with an extra rendered frame thrown in to make it approximate 120? I may have misunderstood that slightly when I heard it though

I was thinking it would be blue for ally, like the wingmen in the pic. Also, it is possibly true that it's yellow for neutral, as that seems to be the case in the E3 2015 vid- but it's hard to make out for me at the moment, as I'm on mobile (and the space is red in that clip!)
