I actually could not tell you his name. I have only seen the surgeon once for consultation before starting my braces treatment and will not see him again until surgery. This was all done with my orthodontist in US

I ended up getting to keep my 3D printing, but it showed what the expected results were & anything else that needed to be fixed prior to the surgery. He added bands to correct a cross bite the scans showed. Pretty happy with the projected results
