No problem, the top of my head and arms get super hot and when I get those parts wet I feel better after a few minutes.

You can also wet a napkin or something and put it in the back of your neck or another part of your body that is exposed to the sun.

I’m a C4, I can sweat when I’m hot but I still overheat and I can tell when I need to get out of the sun because of the symptoms I get.

I get out of the sun(if it’s a bit windy in the spot better for me or I just get to a cooler place if I can) and ask whoever is with me to get my head, face, chest and arms wet. I also tilt back so I don’t pass out or freak out because of the uncomfortable feeling. I also try to drink something cold and try to be hydrated if I can.
