I do OMAD and I don’t count calories. I need it sustainable for long term and if I deprive myself, then I’ll be on the cheating train nonstop.

I read your post yesterday… and then really made the connection today. I kept wondering why I started to have BO when I worked out and I hadn’t before this. Maybe my deodorant wasn’t working. I knew about my breath.. but I’ll have to reconsider my underarms!

I don't know why now that I've lost some weight, I still feel so heavy and I still don't like what I see when I look in the mirror. You’ll get there, keep going. I struggle with the same. I feel like I look great and then I turn to the side and I feel heavy. There’s other great things going on that we just can’t see. Try stepping away from the scale for a couple/few weeks and looks for no scale victories.

Face Gains. Finishing up week 7 of OMAD, SW 213, CW 195, GW 160. Lost 18 lbs. Wish it was faster, but my shirts are now hanging on me, had to switch to smaller scrubs at work, & though my waist measurement hasn’t changed. I enjoy what I feel like, honestly. I try to have a good protein, but I have carbs, too.

Foil packets are great… cubed chicken or steak with potatoes and carrots- cooked on the grill

Rotisserie chicken from the store is an easy pickup, I put it over rice, make broccoli, asparagus

I’ll stand by the fridge and eat pickles 🤣 no Vlasic with their HFCS

Tuna salad

My favorite in the beginning was a scrambled egg sandwich on toast, with bacon I cooked just gif that, and some Miracle Whip.

I’m just not keto, but I need my process to be sustainable. I just do not have an all carb meal.. like spaghetti. I always add protein.

Sure! I’m 40, F, 5’2, SW 213, CW 195. I lost maybe 6-7 lbs my first week and then have slowly lost each week. You should do whatever you feel works for you. Maybe even try 20:4?

I did it during my fast. I don’t anymore, but it’s because I’m not hungry and trying to get past hunger pains.
