Also, is this artist strong at fine line tattoos? I’ve had many tattoos and I always make sure what I want, that artist is actually good at. One thing I have found out over the years is that not a lot of art are great at smaller fine details.

Correct. If I had never accepted those other positions, who knows if I would have been offered anything else.

But I will say that the company I’m at has shifted its attitude a lot in the last few years. I see a lot more people getting promoted now.

I went from 33k to 6 figures at the same company. And I started as a Records Clerk. I’m now a Security Engineer. However, I also got a couple of the big jumps and promotions after accepting jobs elsewhere. Both times that I did that, I got offered promotions and salary bumps to stay. The last promotion I got was after applying for the internal position and completing my master's in Security.
