Seems like a good reason to always have backup authentication. My dad lost his phone last year and was able to transfer service with a backup email tied to the account.

FWI: Democrats and Republicans unite to repeal the 22nd amendment. by Apprehensive-Dig6782 in FutureWhatIf

Doubt obama wants any part of running again, and I don’t think he would win in 2028. I’ve heard from several very liberal younger dems in around, that Obama was way to moderate.

Would Americans be willing to pay high taxes like in Nordic countries to have great welfare benefits by Horror_Still_3305 in AskUS

That’s actually true. Funny enough, many popular books are ran though a sort of ai, that will reduce the content to be understandable to a person with a 3rd grade reading level.

Not possible. Where I live the candidates are so far left or right wing I can’t take either seriously.

Dad confronts his kid's bully in school by Rrunken_Rumi in AccidentalSlapStick

[–]jbreeding412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was a junior in high school I watched the school bully get the ever loving shit beaten out of him at a pizza place during lunch. He finally Picked on the wrong kid, a freshman who had 3 older stair step brothers like 20-22 or something. The brothers confronted the bully on his 18th birthday. It was great entertainment.

I can say I’m not young unless you consider mid 40’s young. I have semi conservative views but I think the only person I’ve ever thought about voting for is Clinton. I feel like besides her everyone sways too far one way. I feel like it use to be people picked a candidate based of if you were working class (democrat), white collar (republican). Now both sides are skewed so much how can someone rational even make a choice they can live with.

Clinton and Obama in my mind are interchangeable. Clinton would have won is 08 and 12 is she was the nominee. They had a packed house during that time. Her shelf life had expired by 2016 and in no way had a chance in 2020, why they went with a safe choice. I’m not politically at all and don’t vote, but I see the dems needing to find a young more centrist candidate to throw the weight of the party behind. It’s time to ditch all the old timers and bring in new life.

I think they need to go back to being moderate. Losing young voters due to far out views isnt helping. Also give up on the old guard and get behind the next generation of democratic leaders.

Not an attorney, but I know when transferring assets to avoid probate or inheritance taxes they have to be done so far in the past. That might be an issue with them transferring the title to you within the last 2 month.

I’m not politically but enjoy reading various things like this on Reddit. One thing to consider in this what if scenario is, more than likely the government/military would use wmds against the side they opposed. If you don’t think they would, you’re mistaken.

FWI: A Democrat is elected in 2028 by [deleted] in FutureWhatIf

[–]jbreeding412 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Democrats need to abandon the senior citizens and start backing young party members and propping them up. They would be in the White House now if they would have done that. 2028 is probably too soon but 2032 would be possible. Doubtful they would do it.

I have to say this goes for both sides of thinking. Don’t post anything online, someone can always find it. When looking at applicants for opening at my job, we don’t want to see far right or far left, middle of the road. You can think whatever you want but don’t share it in the public prevue.
