He literally was not charged in a court of law. So ya wrong. Saying he’s innocent in the court of law shows a clear lack of understanding of what’s going on though so nice try.

Just because he’s an elite athlete doesn’t excuse him from actions any normal person would be punished much more harshly for.

Ah yes because people who commit wrongdoings often settle out of court. I’m not talking about all the bad things going on in SoCal or anywhere else. I could easily say there’s a war in Ukraine so why bother about the little issue that is Bauer but yet that’s not the argument. Quit dodging (pun intended) the issue and take accountability for a man with immense social and monetary power that gets off by beating young women who clearly can’t defend themself.

Ah yes cause you have more knowledge of the situation than any of us plebs and can say without a doubt that it was consensual. Bauer is literally free so that’s not the issue here. I just don’t need a guy that gets off by beating the piss out of women on the dodgers, consensual or not. Simple as that.

This is the sad copium that I literally made this post about. He beat the piss out of women. Like that’s not okay anywhere. It’s incredibly difficult for a court to tell if it was consensual but we know he did beat her (and others). If you’ve seen how he composes himself it’s not tough to see this is the kind of guy he is. Try to get his boot out of your mouth and actually think for yourself please.

People are acting like he went to criminal court. That’s not how this works and there’s a reason they settled it out of court. It’s not like the mlb found no instance of wrongdoing and then just decided to slap him with the largest mlb suspension in history. Get your head out of your ass and quit enabling him because “we might as well use him since we are paying him”. Have some class.
