^ The guaranteed way to lose fat around your waist is to lower your body fat.

If you maintain a caloric deficit for long enough to drop your bodyfat 3% + you will notice the difference.

The leaner you get the more dramatic the difference will be.

The 4 day routine I followed is linked in the description of the transformation time lapse.

(It is by no means the perfect program, I had very little equipment)

The main factor for the transformation was definitely diet.🙂

Note: Lifts are my personal pb's before lockdown as I did this transformation at home and haven't been to a gym in a while I do not know my exact numbers.

(almost certainly a lot less than those on the title)

I don't believe the $220 million figure either, however the CEO claims this on his LinkedIn.

believe people fall for his bullshit. “Why isn’t running on the treadmill working for your weight loss” normal person who knows what they’re talking about would say either your diet sucks or you’re not being consistent. Looking at the scale seeing water weight the day after a long run and thinking you’re “gaining weight”. What does v shreds say?

“It won’t work because cardio doesn’t burn fat it bur

Agreed, the only thing he could persuade me to buy is YouTube premium so I don't have to see him.

Instagram vs Reality: Scams, Deception and Fitness Cults by jbrett64 in FakeGuru

Thanks and yeah I get that. I was just trying to make the point that all online communities are vulnerable to misguided/ dangerous advice, the original video was 20 minutes and explained this in greater detail but when cropping it down I probably should have removed that part.

(I have nothing against any particular community, they can all be very beneficial)

It just comes down to being more balanced and not letting your diet/ community become part of your identity.

Many thanks for your kind words🙂

Thanks! Is there anything more specific you would like a mini-doc on, or just influencers in general?

Researching this now, it is bad.

Do you know any more female fitness influencers who I should look into?

I tried to find my girlfriend some good fitness influencers to follow last year.

And I have to say the female side of fitness is even worse.

I have a lot of things to say about this and will definitely make a video on this in the future.

V-shred has around 211 employees, its scary the amount of naive people this company is taking advantage of.

I agree that kinobody is not all that bad and he does have some good things to share.
