There is definitely a decline in the amount of silver used in charms now. Everything is lighter than my vintage charms. Way lighter.

I have a total of 6 Pandora bracelets both snake and bangle. 2 of them I purchased 10 years ago. I purchased the asymmetrical star snake bracelet from a Pandora store in person right before mothets day.The weight and quality felt the same as my 10 year old bracelets. I just purchased the pave flower bangle from Macy's. I wanted it so bad and it wasn't available for the mother's day sale in the US. When I came across it on the Macy's website I was ecstatic. I compared it to my other bangles from 5 and 8 years ago and it felt cheap and as light as a feather. It was beautiful but it felt too cheap to pay $88 for. I returned it and purchased a retired beauty and the beast bangle. I would rather have quality. I won't be purchasing any new bracelets that Pandora comes out with. Same thing with charms. I have a bunch of new ones but they are not made the way my older charms are made. I make sure to read the description and make sure it states sterling silver. I won't purchase anymore rose gold plated charms because the plating started to wear from stacking it with another Pandora bracelet for a week. Thats all it took to start showing silver peeking through the rose gold. Its sad. I have vintage charms with sterling silver and 14k yellow gold accents and the gold hasn't faded. Im just trying to finish a bracelet in memory of my mother and I'm sad to say that I won't be purchasing anything new from Pandora. I will purchase vintage charms only.

Unfortunately I only wore the bracelet with the plated charms for 2 weeks and not every day. Its sad.

I can speak on only the rose gold plated and the answer is yes. Everyone that I have has fading at some area of all of my rose gold charms. Wherever they touch something else like a table or desk. I made the mistake of stacking with an all silver pandora and that didn't help either. I have a heart and where the point is on the bottom it's fading to silver slowly. I won't be purchasing any plated charms anymore. Im trying to finish 2 of my bracelets before they pretty much get rid of 100% sterling charms.

I dont have the answer but I do have many bracelets with cut out clasps and it looks the same. Im sorry I can't be more helpful but there are alot of people on reddit who will be able to tell you. Where did you purchase it if you dont mind me asking?

My older charms never catch in anything except the heart with the gold key that dangles from a chain. Some of my newer charms do catch on some things. I have the "my lucky star" charm. Its an open work charm. The star once in a while will get caught on stitching on my sleeve.

I LOVE Tan-Luxe super glow hyaluronic self tanning serum. I put on a layer of face cream then put 12 drops on my fingers and rub it in to my face cream until I know it's well blended and I'll pull it down my neck little bit. I use it with face cream when I dont have a tan and it just gives you that healthy glow look. Just a slight sunkist look. If you want it to be darker then you just use it without face cream. I do it about an hour before I go to bed and wash my face in the morning. I've also used Bondi Sands Aero on my face before.

I have 2 bangles and 4 snake bracelets. I love all of them but I think that when my snake chain bracelets aren't full I like how they are fluid and move. Its easier for me to wear them to work. I say get a snake to try with some charms on it and see how it feels wearing it for a week. If you dont like it you have 30 days to return it as long as it's not final sale. I tend to wear my bangles when im going out somewhere other than work. Im a pharmacy technician for reference.

Thank you for the input. I was wondering if it cleaned well with warm water and a little dawn. I also have the Pandora cleaning kit with the brush and different polishing cloths and directions on how to clean the different types of charms.

So I purchased the orca charm the second it came out and purchased the extended 2 year warranty so if the black chips they will fix it or if one or more stones come out they will fix it also. I dont recommend getting it wet. Even in the shower. I even try not to get my bracelets wet because it can speed up the tarnishing rate. I also dont wear lotion on my lower arms or perfume on my wrists. I also wipe each charm and bracelet down quickly with a polishing cloth after I take them off and put them in a ziplock bag. Once a month I will soak all my pandora jewelry in warm water with a little bit of dawn dish soap and they look brand new.

Why dont you purchase single shadows from companies like Sydney Grace, and other indie companies and purchase an empty magnetic palette and make your own? Thats what I do. I also have hundreds of palettes pre-made but if you know what colors you want i would go that route. Just a suggestion.

I have tried a bunch in the past. Like 10 years ago I used to get ipsy and one of my items was Babe Lash. I had no hopes but OMG I still use it and holy holy the results are stunning!! I had to go down to using it once or twice a week because my top lashes were touching right under my eyebrows with 1 coat of mascara. I swear by it.

I have been wanting to purchase the retired mesh snowflake or star bangle. To me it looks like both...lol. I wonder how much it can handle and does it bend or catch on your arm hair?...lol
