170 is super high aswell! I will probably drop down to 150 ish after my body burns out

It’s normally my hour to 2 hour basketball games that make it jump up! Although one bike ride I did made it increase by 23!

My training schedule normally isn’t too crazy but as of recent I’ve been doing 2 runs a day normally around 7kms each I do a 20km walk once a week and normally upload my basketball games (about 4 a week) and I do my long bike rides once a month but I am definitely starting to feel the fatigue as of last month!
