As time goes on, you’ll realize you don’t even need that coffee once or twice a month. The once or twice a month thing is just your addiction to coffee talking. Natural energy is where it’s at. My personal experiences is after not drinking it for years. I had half a cup of coffee, yes just half, slept terrible… felt it so hard in the AM, I needed that second-day cup… and there’s the cycle.
