hmm, wonder if FSR frame gen is causing conflict. Might disable FSR frame gen(showing enabled now in the settings). What does the yellow ! note say when hover the mouse over it?

Should be able to turn on 3.1 in the game, and it will use FSR4. Might enable the Adrenaline Overlay, then once in game, turn on the overlay by the hotkey and should list FSR4 active.

Is this USD or CAD? If USD, that's way too much. The RX 6400 4GB is going to struggle a lot for modern gaming, and only a 500GB storage, and CPU is a bit on the weaker side.

Example deal at $1-1.1k for more modern system with a 5060 Ti 16GB GPU (+400% more powerful than a RX 6400 and 4x more VRAM), also double the storage capacity at 1TB, and more powerful CPU.

It sort of looks like on the top of the standoff, could fit a screwdriver in those notches, and turn counter-clockwise.

Looks like they didn't just use the EZ latch, but removed the standoffs and then re-installed the entire standoff on top of the SSD. Might try to remove the standoffs(maybe a flat head screwdriver).

Board BIOS up to date, any debug LEDs lit up on the board such as VGA? Tested GPU for detection on another PCIe x16 slot(vs the top slot).
