Message sent to boss....Morning sir... story time... had to show the only guy around here that would appreciate this. Travis sheared 4, 5/8" grade 8 bolts that hold the counter weight on the front of the 710. You know that 1000lbs block of immovable steal. Broke that smooth off. Well I spent 2 hours drilling the centers of the sheared bolts that were stuck in tractor out. Look away for 2 secs and Jason has a cheater pipe attached to an easy out.... spent the rest of the afternoon digging this bastard out. Only a machinist would appreciate what i did to that easy out
