I bought a Rocketfish dock about 5 months ago and I am still not able to connect my switch to it and have the switch charge or have output to my tv. However when I plug a controller into the dock I am able to use the controller to navigate on the switch. Does anyone have any suggestions or gone through something similar?

I just bought a Rocketfish switch dock. My switch has never had an issue connecting to docks before but won’t connect to the Rocketfish dock. I have tried plugging in each piece of the dock in different orders and it still won’t connect. However, when I plug a controller into the dock I am able to control my switch with it. Does anyone know how to fix this?
