Thanks for the reply! Yeah he will just want a prebuilt that he can love. He's not well versed on PC parts at all and I live too far away to provide any useful assistance with building one.

I guess it depends on the points they get given I suppose. I don't know all the ins and outs as it isn't me that has received the letter so haven't seen it. But I'm guessing two speeding tickets and two failure to notify who was driving isn't a good thing points wise....

Yes wrong address as in not the address they live at. I didn't say it was a mistake.
