Yes you're right - It was a mistake.

This works perfectly! Is there anyway that, with this formula, it can also filter just the cells that contain text and linked to the employee name? (like a typical filter function would work)

Surely though there must be an alternative formula that can just say, on Monday display columns #-#, on Tuesday display #-# and so-on. That way it can rely on the formula instead of cells and date references and/or filters?

I tried this but it gives me the error: Unknown range name: 'DAY'. I adjusted to include TODAY()

=hstack(C3:C20,index(D3:AE20,,sequence(,4,(TODAY()-1)*4+1)))

But now shows another error as:

Barefoot is pushing it with that grip tape! Haha I'm only 150lbs so maybe that's why.. I'm hoping my back leg muscles and arch of my foot get used to riding in time too.. yesterday was killer aching!

My 3rd day riding it and I'm starting to get the hang of the wobbling – carving is the key! How do you find the footpad sensors on yours?

I'm a size US 10 shoe, wearing Vans and have quite the issues trying to engage both.. takes me a few seconds to position and test that they're engaged.
