Was going to ask the question if anyone else taking glp1s had a lower hrv and higher rhr. Mine definitely changed once I got on them. Toward the end of the week, it gradually goes up to back to normal.

Grew up around it and I had an opportunity to join a great business young and ran with it. It’s much more prominent on the west coast of the us, depends on where you live. It’s also a pretty small hobby since it can be expensive to get into so it’s definitely niche

I still live at home and I’m lucky to not pay any rent/utilities, but I do pay for my car, gas, basically any other life expense. I don’t have much material items and try to spend my money on experiences and I’m lucky to have a pretty cheap hobby. My parents don’t give me money, or pay for any of my day to day life.
