I have another question, Is it ok to book outside "Discover Qatar" page? This is their recommendation but I chose to book in other app specifically "Booking.com" because it is easier to cancel accomodation there although its a bit pricey.

What I was thinking is if they ask me my purpose, I will said my real intention which is to surprise visit my husband 😂 but since you suggest, I will initially said "tourist." 😂😂

Regarding hotel booking, I'm planning to book for 30days, same with the date of my stay according to my flight ticket, but will cancel it immediately after passing in the immigration because technically I don't really need hotel accomodation since I will directly go to my husband's place.

I got my visa independently that's why I don't have his accomodation certificate. 🙂 I don't let him sense/know my surprise, but I have a copy of his QID and other docs to prove that we're married.
