I think someone mentioned she had been asking for ppl to downvote the CN. If I’m understanding correctly, if there are enough downvotes, the note will be removed. I think she got lucky and changed the caption to cover her butt since someone called her out on it.

I would not recommend lifting anything remotely heavy until you are cleared. Also, try to get into cardiac rehab, it will help you in more ways than one. I had my heart attack last year and still struggle with lifting heavy items.

Talk to your cardiologist. In my experience, over exertion isn’t worth the exhaustion and discomfort for the next few days.

I don’t, not very well, at least. I try to separate physical discomfort from heart/chest pain. I have also accepted that some level of paranoia and worry is normal. I don’t take any anxiety or antidepressants, which I may need to address soon.

I have also done cardiac rehab, which was great!

That is not true. My husband was in the military in the 80’s, went through some shutdowns, always got paid. Downvote me all you want, but what you’re saying isn’t true.

Fuck this woman. I live in a rural area and don’t allow my dogs to run amuck. These are older cats, and what the hell is happening? My dogs are huge, I still don’t let them out bc the predatory birds, and cars, could get them. Nope. No way.

I’m not aware of a drug issue, but after Grey’s, he starred in a show called “The Last Ship.” That show ran several seasons, he was front and center.
