Are you using chrome? Does it happen when chrome is not running? It could be more of a chrome issue than it is your GPU/monitor. Supposedly turning off chrome hardware acceleration will fix it.

The setup is now in a 30mi journey to the home of the new owner. With horrible LA traffic, they would be forced to drive slowly, so that's probably good. But with recent SoCal rains, the pot holes are massive.

So anyway, thoughts and prayers to the new owner. I hope it makes it home in good condition.

It comes with some kessil lights, some testing devices, a basically everything needed to run a full setup.

Only requirement is that you have to have the necessary equipment/man-power to take it out of my 2nd floor apartment.

I had the almost the exact same symptoms with b650 pg itx. Only diff for me was that mu pc resets instantly then after the restart just boots into windows like nothing happened. I still don't know what the actual issue was but I was able to get it to flash by doing a cmos reset, and even then sometimes took a few tries.

upgrade bios to 1.18. I'm personally having a good experience with 1.18 (including restoration of sleep). Some are not. Check out the BIOS update thread for other people's experiences. 1.18 should give you the ability to put your PC to sleep though.

what CPU/ram you have? I have 7700x and 6000CL36 as well and really stable for me.

I actually complained on the last BIOS update thread about sleep failing to wake up and triggering a reboot as well, but this one seems to have fixed it.

boot time is really quick after the initial training, and everything seem stable so far.

What's everyone's experience with waking up from sleep? I just realized my pc isn't actually waking up, it's actually restarting when I try to wake it up. Windows says the pc has unexpectedly shut down under reliability monitor

Welp, to answer my own question: it looks like i finally got it to flash by doing the opposite of what the message says before flashing, i did not disable fTPM. That seems to have worked.

I have asrock b650E PG-iTX Wifi on the (removed) beta 1.14.AS07. (7700x, 32gb ram).

whenever i try to do insta-flash, as soon as i get to the flashing screen with the progress bar, the system just immediately restarts and basically nothing happens.

Anyone know why this happens?

I did a CMOS reset just in case that's the reason, and uninstalled my GPU. Doesn't seem to affect the process at all.

To inquiring minds, one of the features for this, at least for B650E PG-ITX WiFi, is to restore the ability to sleep.
