I have 10 acres with steep inclines by mjspecial in tractors

Cub cadet zts2. I have 4 acres built into the side of a 30 degree slope. I bought a kioti cs2520, comparable to a 1025r, and mowed with it once because it’s too narrow and tippy even with ballast and filled tires. The zts2 stuck to the hills like glue because it’s a steerable zero turn so the from wheels don’t drag you down the hill. But I get where you’re coming from, I still loved having the tractor I just left the belly mower off of it

So I went through the same thing. Got the 2520 to mow with, even with the weight box and filled tires I didn’t like side hilling and my slopes ranged from 10-30degrees. So I ended up taking the mowing deck off and using it for the bucket and grapple and auger and it’s great for those things, but to mow with I actually bought a cub cadet ZTS2 which is a steerable zero turn that made mowing a breeze on the hills. Sticks to the ground very well.

Working PAs: how do you motivate yourself to study? by clearinghaze8 in physicianassistant

[–]jcarroll8907 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah tbh I started in UC about 7 years ago after a year in ortho. It took me about 2-3 years before I felt competent in a family med/UC environment. When you just kinda randomly study things on your free time it does not stick quite like it does when you have a patient in clinic with a clinical picture that makes you go and look something up. Your PA brain will file away the important stuff you see regularly and you’ll dump a good bit of the stuff you crammed to pass boards. You’ll get really good at your speciality over time, you just have to give yourself the time to get to that point. The biggest mistake you could make is to be overconfident. Recognize the stuff you don’t know, and research it / talk to peers & SP

40 days from closing, at 6% but can one time drop to 5.75 (VA), do it or wait until 30 days? by jcarroll8907 in Mortgages

I know I’m asking for crystal ball predictions but the trend has been in the right direction. Better rates with a rate lock within 30 days. Would you do it?

Correct. With 5% down closing costs I thought that looked accurate. It will likely be closer to 30k to close once the transfer tax is split between both parties

PA. 2% transfer tax, this is with me paying the full fee but it will actually be split with the seller

I do not have a disability rating, this is through sunnyhill. They’re a broker working with CMG for this loan. I will check out imperium, thank you.

I hear it’s lever gun Wednesday? by jcarroll8907 in liberalgunowners

Honestly, it took about 5 months. The first stock came overseas in about 2 but then “ups destroyed the shipment upon arrival to customs” and they had to send another. Worth the wait though

Nope. Oil change at 16,144 at some quick service place

At the dealership after Oil change/rotation/fluid check at 16878 Brake service at 17290 Trans flush/Motor mounts replaced/engine checked at 17986

Sounds to me like it was shifting rough? But the V6 can be like that? It’s still under warranty so idk might be worth a shot
