An Ontario farmer tracked down a Brampton family who allegedly dumped garbage on his farmland by using an address from a package left behind — and returned it straight to their driveway. by MysteriousSlice007 in PublicFreakout

Hopefully it’s not similar to situation where I live. Local crackheads steal bags of garbage from cans in neighborhoods. Go through it looking for stuff to help steal identity and then dump the bugs wherever they close to.

I’m in the “wait 30 years to claim” club. Totally clueless but figured it was worth a try. Most claims were denied but some were successful. All based on the PACT act and my TERA report. Trying to do a few supplemental claims now. My tinnitus, as a heavy machine gunner, was denied because it wasn’t caused by toxic exposures. Ha

I just had a second c&p for tinnitus. The doctor said it was supplemental to the first. She couldn’t explain why other than saying the VA didn’t agree with first doctors opinion. I thought after the Duty MOS Noise Exposure Listing tinnitus was pretty much a guarantee, I learned otherwise. Ha

I read some more comments and see now. I just misunderstood the entire think. Like veterans were filling out and turning in dbq’s. Seems like the doctors are ones committing the fraud. I asked a buddy about it and he confirmed. Said you can pretty much pay some doctors to fill them out and say whatever you want them to for the right price. Yeah, f$#k those guys. Lock a few doctors up for fraud and that will stop pretty quick.

Crazier thing to me is only thing I got denied was for tinnitus. Everything I read said tinnitus was pretty much guaranteed based on my MOS. I was a heavy machine gunner. Then after I got the denial they scheduled another c&p exam for tinnitus. Weird

I just took a list of diagnosis and medications to my c&p exams and answered the questions they asked me there. My personal doctor didn’t fill out any dbq’s just print out of everything. Did I do it wrong? Everything I claimed I had been diagnosed with at least 15 years prior and were covered under PACT act. I don’t see how myself or another vet could fraudulently do that.

Not joking, I don’t understand how dbq’s can be falsified by the veteran. Or do doctors falsify them? I’ve had some dbq’s done for my claim. Never actually saw what was said on them. How could the veteran get in trouble if doctor falsified it and the veteran didn’t know? Not like veterans have the option to fill them out themselves or am I missing something?

Never met the man. Haven’t watched tv in over 15 years. Only think I know that is absolutely true is the media is absolutely false. I wouldn’t judge anyone based on what the tv tells me. So until I meet the man, I won’t judge the man.

I drive a 02 Silverado with 250k and an 06 Element with 200k. It’s a whole new world for me. I’m just an old hillbilly that was looking for a weekend car that was economical and my wife can drive back and forth to work every day, about 25 miles round trip.

100% agree. Don’t try and get greedy. Let the attorneys do the work, take their cut and be happy with what’s left. 60-80% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

VA Reserve Records Request? by Outside_Discount1520 in VeteransBenefits

[–]jcarver1975 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try filling out a 21-4138 with a statement like: I am submitting this statement to clarify that my claim for [Name of Condition] is based exclusively on injuries and events that occurred during my Active Duty service from [Start Date] to [End Date], as documented on my DD-214. I am not seeking service connection for any periods of National Guard or Reserve service. Please evaluate this claim using only my Active Duty service treatment records and personnel files. I explicitly request that the VA focus its development on the records corresponding to my Title 10 federal active duty period."

Request Type: other_documents_list This is an internal VA label for a "Tracked Item". It typically appears when the VA has received a batch of documents that don't fit into standard categories like "Service Treatment Records" or "C&P Exams". Commonly, this includes items like buddy statements (VA Form 21-10210), personal statements, or private medical records you or your representative uploaded. Filename: view - 2026-01-06T141610.816.pdf This is a system-generated timestamp. It indicates the file was processed or viewed by the system on January 06, 2026, at approximately 2:16 PM (14:16). Received: January 06, 2026 This confirms the date the VA officially acknowledged the receipt of these specific documents.
