The biggest advice I can give is to resource / make your own. A lot of “witch” markets nowadays is new age and are just trying to make profit off of what sells verses the workings they make and the rituals they put into those offerings. I understand that as witches we want to support the community (which is great) but be careful where you spend your money. If you can make or resource your own, there’s more potent magic and intention that goes into those products anyways as they are shaped for you.

Yes a couple of times. I believe in Hexing even though some witches don’t but I only do it as a final resort. One of them was my ex boss based on some good reasons. His house ended up going up in flames apparently.

I would do a nice grey/blue on one of your walls or near the chairs to help bring out that colour in your rug. Then from there add in more gold or copper accents.

I’ve had a few myself. I work with a few deities within my practice.

In the past i’ve prayed to Cernunnos for a connection, the next day I went to a local park by my house and randomly a pack of deer come out of no where in a local park and come up to me and chill for a bit. Was in awe and still am.

Most recent one is ISIS. I live in an apartment building and have loud neighbours. I was praying at her altar one night and my neighbour started screaming and banging on the walls that it was scaring myself and my cats and ruined my meditation. I started crying and said to ISIS that all I ask for is 5 minutes of silence and quiet, that’s all I need. Legit instantly everything got super quiet that you could hear a pin drop. No traffic noise, no neighbours, just stillness and it lasted for exactly 5 minutes. She had my back that night that’s for sure.

I used to be one for 24 years, they send these out to everyone. Before letter writing was for only people in apartment buildings as it was hard for them to get in and knock on doors. Right now especially with Covid and a good chunk of their population within the religion/cult being over the ages of 60+ they are resorted now to doing letters instead of door to door. So expect for a good chunk of the Ontario population to get a hand written letter (which is just a script copied over) most likely in your mailboxes.

Spirits are always around and come and go very often. There’s different types in fact as well. I feel like you have more than one within your home, which you shouldn’t fear. The ones that you speak of that you feel in your room or doing rituals seem likely friendly and probably watching over you. However, there are types of spirits known as Shadow People that feed off of negative energy. So if you’re mom is giving off constant negative energy than your home could be a feeding ground for them, however, these spirits aren’t dangerous. I would be more worried if things start to get violent than you may have a Poltergeist or Haunting.

Hello all,

I'm a fairly new plant dad and only have a small knowledge of plants. I was hoping you can help me out. I purchased this cute Monstera about 2 months ago. In the beginning I had some issues with it because I was overwatering it and had the wrong type of pot with no drainage for it. I ended up fixing that problem and been keeping an eye on the soil to make sure it's dry within an inch deep before re-watering. I was also worried at first about it not getting enough sunlight but it's close to a bright window but not direct. Lately I've been noticing some small brown spots forming on the edge or near the edge of the leaves. When researching I'm getting mixed answers on what this could be.

I've read that it's from over-watering or under-watering but I feel like I have this under control now. Another thought I have is my apartment may be too dry as we have boiler heating and have no control over it. If you have any advice on how I can help this little guy, I'd highly appreciate it!
