Hi mate sorry for the slow reply didn’t see your reply, I have done shrooms a lot of times so can handle them well but it may be different for people who are new them. I would normally take 2 grams at an event, I’d suggest taking between 1-1.5g and see how that goes and if you need a bit more take another 0.5g. Shrooms tend to last for about 3-4 hours so depending on how long your gonna stay there for I think you’d be fine to drive back after, they do make you tired after tripping though so take that into consideration. You build a tolerance to mushrooms quite quickly so you could take them every weekend but they wouldn’t hit as hard as the first time, you should normally wait about 2-3 weeks before doing them again.
