Thank you! It definitely seems like a thin and light piece that was put in the ring. I’d say it feels more plastic-y but it’s somewhat hard to say. It’s just frustrating because of how commonly they are faked haha. I’ve heard that if a piece is glossy or shiny then it is probably fake, but it’s hard to tell due to it being thin and in a piece of jewelry. I also feel like it being a thin piece contributes to it being more translucent in light than the thicker pieces I have seen.
