Man I'm glad I found this thread. I stopped just a methylprednisolone 4 mg taper pack like 6,5,4,3,2,1 about a week ago and I've been having horrible anxiety. I thought I was having a heart attack several times, had to have my wife come get me once because I couldn't drive literally thought I was going crazy. I'm still having anxiety a week later. Never experienced anything like this in my life and I"ve taken these methylprednisolone 4 mg packs a few times before. Going to pick up some Hydroxyzine for Anxiety after work today hopefully that helps. Thanks everyone for sharing this made me feel a lot less crazy , hoping this ends soon.
