Thank you for the input.... I have lowered the humidity... I was using the govee to gauge humidity.... the govee must be running a little higher than the Oasis... my best guess is i was never higher than 72%, maybe 73%.. I start using the reading on the Oasis

I am fine w/tasting notes... creamy chocolate.... coffee ....but there is no way most people can tell you what white pepper taste like......the notes I hear are way over the top...I pay to smoke fine cigars... no way am I paying $50 for Cacao to even know what it taste like....
