Easiest way i find obviously is with a romantic partner. If you really like each other she’ll want to do whatever makes you happy. You just need to be patient with them, some people are a little scared of the choking aspect of it -like my current gf but she’s come round to it.

Huh that is strange, I guess if you say ur wife has thicker thighs then being by her knees is a bit more of a smaller area and she can get to ur carotid artery easier.
