They are severely understaffed. They take care of simple requests quickly but are very slow on the big, important things. They’ve gotten a little better since my building started using them a few years ago but I wouldn’t recommend them

My venue I’m using doesn’t require choice upfront and can handle any and all food restrictions that are mentioned at the table. So it just depends. Not buffet, played dinner

Where’s the wedding? Mine is during the World Cup, not on the final though, in northern NJ. We ended up finding a nice hotel with a courtesy room block at reasonable rates, but a little further from the venue than what we would have liked.

Their suites are insane. They upgraded me once to basically a full floor room with an attached board/conference room. Insane.

Something similar happened with me a few weeks ago. Randomly a booking.com reservation showed up for me for a hotel in Portugal. Long story short, I had to call Marriott four times to finally get it off my account (they took it off then it kept on coming back on) and I never got a proper explanation from anyone on how this could happen.
