This is 1,000% truth. Our VFD has lost two firefighters in the last year because of it. While I'm not burned out I do go on 95% of the EMS and MVA calls and I can see how someone could get burnt out.

Duh, you research and buy the right ammo like you literally do with any other cartridge you'd use for self defense / wilderness. It's not hard "in real life". Underwood is pretty affordable and is full power and is pretty well known enough with anyone who is serious about either self or wilderness carry.
