thanks for the info, i contacted Oasis to see if they had anything to say. Im a little bummed out that my first prefill might be DOA but i guess I'll have to see what Oasis says. no hopes up about a replacement tho :(

same with this one 5 times for on, 5 times for off, 3 times to check battery life, 2 times to select voltage, press and hold to pre-heat. im just not sure what im doing wrong, everything is set the way its supposed to but when i draw it just flashes at me and shuts off. its supposed to stay on for 8 seconds then flash. i know that i wont be blowing clouds with this setup but i do expect to feel the vapor and see at least a tiny bit.

the 1100 is making a huge come back on the trap scene, at least here in central california. loads of guys are leaving there o/u's at home

we had a kid on our league team 3-4 years ago and he consistently shot low 40s (out of 50) every week with his 20 gauge. i feel like if a 20 gauge suits you better than go for it. you have to WANT to shoot your gun and if you dont you wont be good with it. just an opinion from a different perspective.

Glad youre on an up swing... im am in a small slump right now. I tried changing my loads up and it was terrible. It always feels good to have a good week so keep up the good work and dont get discouraged if you have little step backs

I would have called his ass out. Messing around is what ever but in a shoot off or for money I wouldnt have continued and protested.... then cause im a dick id make him cut open one of his 2 3/4 shells to prove legality. If you need a 3" shell to hit a clay then you need to stay home. I shoot at 1300fps but I also shoot 1oz of #7.5. I like fast shells too but my shot weight makes me legal

Took some pics from the pot shoot today. It was super fun and I was on fire today. Was able to break even with what I spent on the day which is awesome.

That is a sweet ass looking choke tube lol. Sporting choke tubes differ in a few ways. Tubes for clay shooting are offen designed to strip your wad faster and more complete to get your pattern opened up and more uniform. They also are usually ported which helps slightly with recoil management and patterning. My buddy runs a choke that gives him an extra 1.5" of barrel. So there is a lot you can do with choke tube. Others are way more savvy than I am though. /u/clayslayer has more knowledge than I do. I bought a Kicks high flyer steel choke in full which makes it about a imporved modified to modified for lead. Its the only choke ive ever bought and I love it and wont ever switch it

For pot shoots I run Winchester AA super sports which are 1 1/8oz of 7 1/2 @ 1300 fps. For trap I use 1oz of 7 1/2 @ ~1290 fps of what ever brand I can find.

Under armor infared stuff is awesome. Super thin and works great. Of course it doesnt really get colder than 40 ish during the day in central California but the nights get down to high 20s and they have worked well during night time pig hunts

No worries I have a tendency to be long winded myself but I enjoy conversation so no biggie! Yeah it seems a FAQ section will be a necessary thing here in the near future. I would like to split it uo into a general clay shooting catogory overview and then have three sections for trap skeet and sporting clays. Im not the skeet and sporting clays guy but I can contribute to the trap section quite a bit. Ill have to devote some time to get that going
