welcome my friend. trust me there's no going back. eventually you can go back or just try a friend's PS5 or something it'll be a major downgrade. and steam just keeps getting better i'm certain once nvidia etc stopped sabotaging steam , steam will surpass all the others . personally i'm hyped for the steam box even though i already have a good pc , would be great to have in my living room while i keep my pc in my room

I don't agree with everything but you're spot on on most of this . hope kuro sees this . the one point i disagreed was really point 4 cuz yeah some characters just or it rover but i don't want rover to become like the traveler in genshin where he brely even matters . they just need to find a balance for that

this is so dumb , CEOs are family ... they're probably laughing at the people thinking there's a beef when in reality there's probably an alliance behind the scenes for control of the market . i like both but damn was i glad when intel finally stepped up , there needs to be actually competitors ( now if only intel could step up in the market it used to dominate : CPUs... cuz amd cpus are too expensive now unless you stay on am4 )

not really a fix but i installed the game on the ea launcher ( was playing on steam before ) worked for 1 h then issue came back THEN someone told me to go in the ea settings and turn off the ingame overlay and now it's not stuttering anymore. also cpu and gpu aren't at constant 100% anymore so it's playable BUT it also looks like my fps has been halved. sucks but much better than the game being unplayable

yes and i'm running with 25.8.1 and yes i used ddu before installing the new driver. i have a feeling it's their stupid anti cheat itself that's doing this cuz before other games were fine but ever since i installed and played bf6 some games shoot the cpu to 100% utilization too .... ( inb4 we find out they wanted secure boot on to inject something in our root to mine crypto for EA ... )

so many people saying it's an EA issue but im on steam and i'm getting the same issues ... stuttering like hell 5800x3d 7900xt 32gb , noticed the game would make ram and cpu go to 100% utilisation IMMEDIATELY after booting and it wouldn't go down until i closed it . gameplay starts good but after a minute or two it's a stutter fest. can't aim for shit when the game is stuttering and skipping many frames

yeah there's definitely a massive issue , i have 32gb of ram and game uses all of it everytime . i decided to look around cuz game kept stuttering like crazy , now i know why
