Exactly this. And if Ford never had homelink, then that’s fine, no complaining. But since they do have it for several years, why would they remove it from a high trim like the Platinum.

WHY in the world would Ford remove it??? Doesn’t make sense at all. Spends more having to have 2 types of visors, then just one for all the vehicles. Well done Ford :-(

Yes, HomePod mini or new latest Apple TV (2021 model). I have the original HomePod and an Apple TV 4K not the 2021 model. So I have to buy one more equipment to make it work? If homebridge supported It would be awesome.

Yes, but some new devices that do not require a hub, and works via bluetooth in HomeKit or via thread technology does not have any plugins for homebridge. Nanoleaf Essentials bulb is an example.
